The quality management system as per requirements set out by the international standard ISO 9001: 2000 was implemented in 2006 in the business activities of the company Pharmalogist. The confirmation of compliance with requirements of the Standard was obtained in early 2007 when Pharmalogist received its first certificate issued by the SGS certification body. In 2009, Farmalogist's business complied with the ISO 9001: 2008 standard requirements, and the system was recertified in January 2010. In 2018, Farmalogist harmonised its business activities with ISO 9001: 2015 requirements, after which new certificates were issued as confirmation of compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 standard requirements.

The Environmental Management System as per requirements set out by the ISO 14001: 2004 standard, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System as per requirements, set out by the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard were implemented in 2009. These two systems were also certified by the SGS certification body in December 2009. During 2017, the business activities of Pharmalogist were complied with the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015, and the last recertification of these two systems was conducted in December 2018 as a result of which new certificates were issued to confirm compliance with ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.
